The flagship

The Menopause Mastery System

Thirty guided days using clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming to move through menopause with ease, energy and confidence. Most programs target symptoms. This one targets the source, the patterns running underneath them.

About the programs

What to expect

Yes, that's exactly how it's designed. Most women begin with a 7-day reset and move into the full Menopause Mastery System once they've felt the first shift. You're never locked in.

Most days are 15 to 20 minutes: a guided audio session plus a short reflection. The programs fit around real life, not the other way around.

Outcomes are never guaranteed, and the work depends on your engagement. The entry programs are deliberately low-cost so you can try the method before committing to more.

No. This is supportive and educational, not medical advice. Keep your GP involved, especially around HRT and any clinical symptoms. The two work well alongside each other.

The core programs are self-paced audio you can do anytime. Coaching and live elements are added in the flagship system for women who want more contact.
